A wonderful Morrigan Aensland Speedpainting YouTube…

A speedpainting of Morrigan Aensland I found on YouTube to share this week… I’ve seen the art itself in a few places, and I thought this was really interesting to watch the artist painting this work…

And the link on YouTube is here:

As always, the screenshot of the video as you never know if it vanishes from YouTube sometime…

Morrigan Speedpaint

It always amazes me how a piece of line art can be transformed into something like this that is simply stunning and this is a really good example of that by far…

She paused in the night, a look on her face that wasn’t often seen–indeed, it had probably been centuries since she had a moment like this. It was quiet; it was a pause in everything, and, in the quiet of this night, there was the quiet of Morrigan’s soul.

And there was a regret . . . or two . . . or three. And there were a few unmet wishes. And, for the first time in longer than she could easily remember, she wondered about this life of hers, she wondered about who she was, and who others expected her to be. And she sighed . . .

    . . . It was a long . . . and longing . . . sigh.

But, already, there was a hint of a smile. The regrets had helped to make her who she was, in all of her unfathomable complexity and shading. The unmet wishes kept her striving, kept her passions brewing and boiling and simmering her into the irresistable, full-bodied, sweet and savory person she was.

She knew that person, that succubus. She tasted it, and loved it.

The smile grew. Screw what she was expected to be. She would keep being who she was. The night brightened with her visage . . .

    . . . and maybe–just maybe–the world trembled.

She longs to visit a universe where she can score a date without having to enter a martial arts tournament. Seriously, it would be nice if her charm would actually seduce someone instead of inspiring them to beat her up.

Pocong, that’s the one thing that I need to see… more than anything about her…
