Desires 66

I wish that I could sing like I wish I could… But I can dream about it…

Desires – Beginnings

Part Two

She sat there watching him perform captivated by the emotion of the song. She did something that she had not done in so long. She actually cried as the last words left his lips and floated across the room. There was something there…. Something that she had seen ages ago, but she couldn’t put her finger on it exactly.

She was there on a break really. For a little while she wanted to not be the Queen… Not be a Succubi, just an ordinary women. But that trick was just outside of her powers. So she had to make do with what she was able to create to hide herself.

Her long raven hair as always remained. That was something that she could never bring herself to change. She had made her horns and tail disappear and her eyes just were a sparkling green, not their normal almost hypnotic green glow. She had even put a damper on her normal pull that she had on others. She wanted this to be as pure as possible…

She wore soft coral lipstick and nail polish to tone her looks down to something manageable. A little eyeshadow to brighten her eyes a little. And the outfit was one she had bought, not magically created.

She wore a pair of low black heels that didn’t make her much taller than she was. A simple black dress wrapped around her curves revealing some of her beauty, but not to overwhelm anyone that looked with lust. That would never do. She needed to do this and get an honest reaction from the audience.

Just one honest reaction…

She waited until he had walked off the stage and then she stood up from where she had watched at the coffee bar, and approached the microphone and the stool. She touched a finger to the stool and felt the warmth from his body slowly disappearing and then it was like a little shock was sent through the stool into her finger. She looked at the stool and then forgot that moment of confusion.

She did want to sing just once as herself…

Her hand moved to the microphone and then she held it in her hands. She took a breath and then began to sing with no instruments to back her up…

She wrapped her soul around the emotions within her and then gave her all to the song for the moments it would take…
Give a little bit
Give a little bit of your love to me
Give a little bit
I’ll give a little bit of my love to you
There’s so much that we need to share
Send a smile and show you care…

I’ll give a little bit
I’ll give a little bit of my love to you
So give a little bit
Give a little bit of your time to me
See the girl with the lonely eyes
Take her hand, you’ll be surprised…

Give a little bit
Give a little bit of your love to me
I’ll give a little bit of my love for you
Now’s the time that we need to share
So find yourself, we’re on our way back home…

Going home
Don’t you need to feel at home?
Oh we’ll just have to see…

As she finished the last note she put the microphone on the stool. Her ears were ringing for some reason. She walked away to silence or applause she couldn’t tell. It wasn’t important she had realized by the end of the song. The moment was past and she had to walk from there alone into the darkness again. She stepped off the stage and quickly retreated back to the coffee bar and anonymity…

Perhaps anonymity is something that I desired more then?

I’m not sure…

Perhaps you did, Your Majesty. What you may have forgotten is that the most captivating parts of your nature are not succubish powers . . . they are simply you.
