This is, of course, Morrigan Aensland and the work is by an artist calling themselves Noa85 on DeviantArt but they have also revealed on their page that their name is Flavia Ceccarelli, and, interestingly enough, they have a Tumblr steam here for their art as well.

I just love this art bunches… The style is cute, really really cute and that does mean a lot to me. Yes Morrigan is a little over endowed here, but, really that is overshadowed by the cute, the look she has and the pose she is in.

I would have loved to see a larger version of this art, as in her entire body, but I’m grateful for what they graced us with here… She’s most definitely one of my top ten Morrigan pieces of art that I have found and that’s saying a lot…
