Some images of Succubi are, for lack of a better description, sort of throwbacks to the more evil and demonic tales of the Succubi… That’s not to say they aren’t beautiful, perish the thought, but they have that hint of danger that many stories tell us of…

Succubus by Lanty-ka
This work is simply called Succubus and is by an artist on DeviantArt calling themselves Lanty-ka. I found this work here and the artist’s page can be found here as well…
I like this combination of a touch of, if not evil then at the least devilish blackness in her character… It actually works really well I think as her tail is interesting, her hands, covered in black almost look like gloves but obviously they are not, and her legs, again dipped in black don’t look really out of place with the rest of her look…
The artist is, according to their DeviantArt page, Russian and I wonder it they are mixing the Russian version of the Succubus, a Rusalka… She does seem to have that appearance overall…
It could well be…
Regardless, I like her overall quite a lot and she might appear in one of my stories sometime as an inspiration…

It is, to me, as if she is just o n the cusp of being either irresistable woman or hideous demonic creature, and the two are trying to co-exist, or each trying to dominate one another.
