Succubi Image of the Week 223

For this week’s Succubus, I found a lovely example of a manip on DeviantArt that I think is a wonderful example of Succubus art…

Inferno By Maxias

You can, of course, click on the image here for a larger example of this piece of art…

This is called Inferno and is by an artist called Maxias on DeviantArt. You can find the page on DeviantArt that I found this work here and as well the artist’s page here as well.

I think this is really well done, much better than anything that I have been able to do as my art skills in drawing things are really completely useless… Setting aside my flaws, the one thing that I would have liked to have seen here would have been a tail, there isn’t one, and her horns are a little bit dark and they melt into the background a bit, but we of course can tell she is a Succubus of some description…

A really moody background that adds to the overall look as well, which while hinting at her more devious roots does not detract from the Succubus that is the focus of the piece…

Her clothing is there, but isn’t in that way that Succubi do seem to enjoy to confuse and entrap their pray, which adds to her look even more, but not to the point of it being crass, which is, again, something that I personally like…

Do visit this artist’s page and see more of their works!

My one quibble is that her head doesn’t seem quite attached to her body . . . but I suppose it could be intentional as she almost melts into the shadows and appears to be even more other-worldly.

    That could very well be…
