Red Hot by Nina Friday

I discovered a piece of art that I think is quite lovely and interesting of a Succubus. It is a bit stylized, but I still think that it’s interesting as an aspect of what a Succubus is…

This is called Red Hot and is by an artist named Nina Friday. You can find the webpage I found this work available for purchase here if you are interested… According to the artist, there are but 25 pieces of this image available for $50 US each.

Nina describes herself as a Russian born, self taught artist based out of the United States who does quite a lot of mixed medium art as well as jewelry of various kinds in different materials as well.

She also has a myspace page here which has other examples of her art, most of the character art is in a similar style to this Succubus image she made, but not of the same character as different beings. Each has its own style and attraction of its own.

I particularly like the look in the eyes of this Succubus and as well the slight smile that is playing upon her lips. Really a very seductive combination, which I always enjoy on Succubi. A nice pair of horns that aren’t over the top, again a good thing, but it’s the hair in this work that makes this special.

I think it was a really perfect touch to have her hair fall over her breasts and then curl about in order to make the work “safe” as it were for public viewing. It also adds to the seductiveness in the work, something that is, of course, necessary when you are drawing Succubi…

Lovely passionate art and really well done!

You see my hair (but you must look here)
falling on my breasts (but you must look here)
and your eyes slide over my smile,
soft and sweet. But you must look here.

    Look at my eyes.
    Feel them draw you in.
Feel the “yes” forming on your lips.
    That’s it; just keep looking.
    Yes . . . Yes . . . Yes . . .
Feels so good to look in my eyes and say that, doesn’t it?
Now you are ready to meet my Queen.

Definitely one of the best works of Succubi art I’ve seen. Next to you, of course. 😉
