I don’t know the character or artist or anything else about it really…

Thank you to Brian for the following info!
The artist’s name is “Mogudan” who is a Japanese artist. I believe that’s his only succubus picture he’s done, but his main well known work in circles is his drawings of Rei Ayanami where he’s drawn collections of her in rather degrading and untasteful situations. Not uncommon among Japanese hentai artists.
