A little bit of a change this week with thanks to my heart for doing this for me without my asking, but ever so grateful for his kindness…

A bit of a fun summary of the story of Storm Clouds so far and I, as always, thank him for his love and support in my attempts at writing a story…

Storm Clouds 139

Storm Clouds Rhymed Synopsis #1

We began with a dead body

(not just any body, though)

that escaped the morgue—not shoddy!

A strange woman helped it go:

she was calm, cool, and collected,

quite alluring, well-connected.

Tom looked up, they both were gone;

but much more was going on.

Then Detective Tom, pursuing,

found the blonde who took the girl.

All Camilla’s talking, doing,

had his mind in such a whirl.

Where, oh where, would he begin?

Then he met the dead girl’s twin!

No conclusion was forgone;

So much more was going on.

They went through a marble archway

to a park that can’t be there

yet made sense in such an odd way

as a Queen with raven hair

and the subjects of her Realm

—with a parson at the helm—

had a funeral on the lawn.

Still, much more was going on.

The detective and Camilla

were sent searching, low and high,

at the bidding of Queen Tera.

Who would kill a succubi?

They were special, Thomas learned.

Even faster, he discerned

this was not brute force or brawn:

something more was going on.

They met up with Brent, believing

that his wounds would lead to clues.

Tom remembered his own grieving

and these partners paid their dues

with Bill and Billy, Charlie, too,

and with lust-mad Ginger, who

was her aide’s wet, spellbound pawn . . .

. . . and much more was going on.

Meanwhile, Jane, the twin still living,

hunted on her own instead

for the killer, to start giving

him exquisite pains ‘til dead.

She shape shifted into Jen,

but could not shift back, and then

needed rescuing by John

(even more was going on!).

So the firefighter found her

and things couldn’t get much worse

as her powers seemed to flounder.

She seduced a kindly nurse

but was stuck with the wrong face

with her horns and tail in place.

What a mess she was by dawn,

with much more still going on!

Tera made Jane face her trouble;

Aries would not let her hide;

Jenni’s twisted body double

was soon taking a quick ride

to face John and what she felt,

what had made the “ice queen” melt,

quickly wrapped in red Dacron,

wondering what was going on.

Far away, Dark orchestrated,

with a severed, tortured Tail:

made Camilla what she hated,

worked so Tera’s Realm would fail.

Yet some being intervenes

just a bit . . . she clearly means

to undo what Dark would spawn.

Read on! More is going on!

I hope that real life will allow me to write again for next week…
