A Daemonette WIP YouTube…

I discovered another fascinating work-in-progress YouTube that an artist posted there of what could be seen as a Succubus.. But it is described as being a being called Daemonette…

And in case the embedding doesn’t work:

It’s a rather interesting work, which I have screen captured here…

Not the best possible I admit, but it gives a good idea of the finished work to discuss…

This art is the creation of someone on YouTube that calls themselves McGibs. Now there is a artist I have found elsewhere whom is named Jesse McGibney…

Their website can be found here.

Now I am not 100% sure that the two artists are the same person, I couldn’t find this image on that site, but the styles are somewhat similar so… I’m assuming that they are the same person in fact…

It’s an interesting image really… I do wonder about the almost deer-like horns she wears upon her brow… To me they just seem far too large and unwieldy, but then that is artistic license isn’t it?

There are quite a few stories on the web that have Succubi and similar beings have white or grey-silver skin, so that works quite well I think. Her tail I do wonder about a little bit…

She is holding it in her hands, and it is so very thin really… So much so that I wonder if it acts like those I write about in which they can swisch and move about, or if it cannot  manage that for the thinness of it…

Perhaps there is a story in that thought alone… I’ll add it to the stacks of things I need to write about at some point soon…

She has an interesting expression…. Almost as if she was asked a question and now is bemused by it and wondering how to reply to it… Or perhaps she is attempting to look somewhat vulnerable… Either is possible I suppose…

Still a lovely work and I hope to find more soon…
