This is just too funny…

So I had a minute and just for the sake of trying it, I put the word Succubus into a baby name generator on the web…

It came up with this:

Based on popular usage, it is 11.771 times more common for Succubus to be a girl’s name.

The popularity of Succubus is: 3.088
(where 0 = extremely rare, 6 = super popular)

I am not aware of any deceased famous people named Succubus.

And this part made me giggle:

When naming your baby Succubus, it’s important to consider the gender of the name itself. When people look at the name Succubus, they might ask the question, “is Succubus a man or a woman?”, or “what is the gender of the name Succubus?” Some names are more gender neutral than others, and some names are more strongly associated with either males or females. Some spelling variations of the name Succubus might be more popular than others.

Just gives me a massive head-tilt at that…

I know that most of that is just the program that spits out the information just filling in the blanks, but really it does make you stop and just wonder about the whole thing…

Oh and I think Rianna is a wonderful name for a Daughter and Justin for a Son…

<smiles>

    I like Rianna and Justin, Majesty, but I’m a bit concerned that “Succubus” earned a 3.088 popularity rating on a 6-point scale. That’s a fairly significant number of little girls–and maybe boys, for all I know–being named Succubus. 😕
