Succubi and Politics…. Again…

Well, with what happened last night in the US Primaries, once again this morning there are all sorts of political commentators ranting about Hillary Clinton and that she is a succubus…

Please note that I didn’t use a capital S on Succubus when referring to her nor did I use Succubi which is my way of describing the Succubi like me…

For those that are unsure about what I mean, click on the SuccuWiki link and look for Succubi (Collective) for an explanation…

It strikes me that using the term succubus is becoming sort of the last ditch insult of the writers to attack Hillary so that maybe the religious right will dislike her or something… Or maybe it’s just a means to get people’s attention and stir things up a little bit to add to the sheer confusion of US politics this year…

Either way it’s really getting old…

A quick search on Google indicates that Hilary has been referred to as a succubus a total of over two thousand times since she entered the race for the White House…

Two thousand times….

I find that remarkable…

Considering that she has been called a vampire, yes, the male version and not vampiress, the correct one, a total of over three thousand times…

Hillary is in no way shape or form a succubus. Sexy? No. Horns? No. Tail? No. Three major strike outs there I think for that idea…

On the other hand a vampiress might fit her better since she and the other politicans in the USA are sucking the people dry…

That’s just my opinion… I could be wrong…

    Not entirely wrong.

I would argue that owners of certain major corporations are the real vampires, that the politicians are often (to borrow a Dracula image) the Renfrews, willingly debasing themselves as servants of the vampires in hope of gaining power of some sort.

The biggest things that Hillary lacks, it seems to me, to be a succubi, are the charm and the playfulness (you know I think that horns and tails are just externals). She does have a good mind, and evidence of imagination, but she seems to make everything grey and dull. And then there’s a streak of meanness, of making everything a fight.

Then there are the TV pundits and journalists in the US, who are so lacking in imagination that they repeat the same words over and over (see “The Daily Show” to have all this pointed out quite clearly).

Do what so many of us here do. Ignore the US media and watch the BBC.
